Space Biotechnology Group (SBG) is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the space biotechnology industry, established as a joint venture between China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) and China Resources Group, and is the first batch of landing projects of strategic cooperation between CASC and China Resources Group. SBG has 2 subsidiary holding companies and 3 shareholding companies. Its main qualifications include national high-tech enterprise,the Space Biology Research Department of Qian Xuesen Laboratory of Space Technology,the Beijing Space Biology Engineering Research Center, and the "National Demonstration Base for Attracting Talents and Wisdom" of the Ministry of Science and Technology, etc.
With the help of spaceflight technologies and resources, SBG has carried out a number of biotechnology and product development research and industrialization, gradually forming core businesses such as space life science and biomedical experiment services, biological APIs and space breeding.
